Domestic Shipping (India)

• Flat Shipping Fee: ₹50 on every order below ₹1,500
• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,500
• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (metro cities 2-4 days)
• Shipping Partners: BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post

Shipping Address Requirements

Please provide complete and accurate shipping details:

• Full name (as per government ID)
• Complete street address with landmark
• City, state, and PIN code
• Mobile number (mandatory for delivery)
• Alternate contact number (recommended)

Note: We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address details. Address changes can be made only within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Customized orders may take 5-7 days for production before shipping.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order using the AWB number on our website or the courier partner's website.

Eligibility

• Window: 3 days from the date of delivery
• Scope: Replacement is offered only for items delivered damaged, defective, or wrong (incorrect item vs. what was ordered)
• Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags, dust bag, and velvet box intact
• Buyer-remorse returns are not accepted. Please review product photos, dimensions, and materials carefully before ordering

How to Request a Replacement

1. Contact us at hello@houseofnirvanajewels.com or call +91 7073328107 within 3 days of delivery
2. Share your order number, photos of the damaged/wrong item, and photos of the packaging
3. Our team reviews within 24 hours and arranges a free reverse pickup
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Replacement is dispatched once the returned item reaches our atelier and passes quality inspection

Not Eligible for Replacement

• Change of mind, colour preference, or size misjudgment
• Items used, worn, or with removed tags/packaging
• Requests made after the 3-day window
• Customized or personalized pieces (engraving, bespoke adjustments)

If Replacement Stock Is Unavailable

If the same design is sold out, we will offer either (a) a piece of equivalent value from our current collection, or (b) a full refund to the original payment method, processed within 5-7 business days.
